At Ayr Equestrian we have been transporting Horses for over 60 years and in that time, we have built up a wealth of experience and expertise in this area. We offer a nationwide transport service in our two purpose-built Horseboxes; we have a 3.5 tonne 2 stall and a 16 tonne 5 stall to offer flexibility in load sizes and prices.
All of our drivers are experienced in transporting all types of horses, from event horses, race horses and mare and foals we are able to advise and assist. We offer both dedicated loads and shared loads dependant upon needs.
We are fully insured by the NFU for the transit of Horses, VAT Registered, are DEFRA type 2 approved and have an operator’s license, giving you complete piece of mind that your horse is being transported safely and comfortably.
We are able to stable at our base in Ayr, Scotland but also have several hubs we use for stabling all over the UK ensuring that your horse is always cared for and can get the rest they need.
Our Current Fleet Features a 2018 DAF 16 tonne Horsebox on Air suspension and a 2019 3.5 tonne 2 stall on a Renault chassis.
